Thank You

When soliciting donations from
businesses and community
members, don’t forget to say thank
you. One person should write a
thank you note to each person or
business that contributed toward
the trip. Consider enclosing a
photograph of the group, making a
certifi cate, enlarging a photo that
businesses can display, making a
“thank you” plaque, or writing a
letter to the Editor of the local paper
thanking supporters. If you have an
event, post a sign with the names of
organizations and individuals who
have made contributions.
